📍 Location: 1713 Cleveland Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28203 (Dilworth)
🚗 Parking: Available behind the building
🚪 Entry: Use the side door — the Energy Room is immediately on your right
🎧 You’re welcome to listen to your own music through earbuds or headphones during your session.
🌙 The room is intentionally kept low light, so please reduce your screen brightness and silence notifications to help preserve the healing atmosphere.
🛏️ You may bring a pillow or blanket for extra comfort.
💧 We also encourage drinking plenty of water before and after your session to support your body’s natural detox and integration processes.

Our booking system allows you to schedule individual sessions for up to 3 hours at a time. If you’d like to book a longer session, simply reserve an additional time slot directly after your first one. This helps ensure your time is secured and uninterrupted.
